one myself. In addition to their extraordinary beauty, I'm especially proud of the symmetry

"Azul Flores" tapered hexagonal planter box
The shadows cast by this are more than I could have hoped for! Building the semi-staggered panel texture made it easily the most labor-intensive of the group.
That being said, you'll see the 3-D, "staggered blade" style again.

"Big in Japan" tapered hexagonal planter box
I wanted to build a planter worthy of this vibrant, eye-popping red, and I believe I hit the mark with this one. "Hawkeye" tapered hexagonal planter box
Like it's bright red cousin, "Big in Japan", I wanted to build something worthy of this vibrant, eye-popping gold/yellow. I'm constantly experimenting, so this model marked the first time I'd reversed the posts wide-end-down, creating this decidedly "silo" appearance. 'Corn Kernel' texture, bright yellow AND silo-shaped? What else could I call it but the (Iowa) "Hawkeye"?!

Please note that due to the variable nature of these products (wood), small nicks, discolorations and/or imperfections do occur but they're quite rare.
