E.M. Woodworking & Design Shop Policies:

Welcome -
Welcome to my shop! I value you as a customer and will do my utmost to keep you satisfied and happy. If for any reason you find an item to be defective or are unhappy with a purchase, contact me directly and I'll do my level best to correct the problem.

Payment & Sales Tax -
- Payment is due within 3 days of purchasing an item(s). Prompt payment means faster delivery of your purchase. I prefer PayPal, but also accept
money orders and personal checks, however, please allow several extra days for your check to arrive and clear before goods are shipped.
- The State of California requires sales tax be charged on all online purchases. A 5.00% sales tax will be added to your purchase(s) at
time of checkout.

Shipping -
- If you live in the San Francisco Bay Area, you're always welcome to shop local to avoid shipping charges. I'm based in the Fairfield/Cordelia area, so
please contact me if you'd like to pick up.
- If you live outside the U.S. or Canada a shipping price isn't listed. Please inquire with me, I'm more than happy to do business internationally.
- Please note that shipping includes box and packaging materials. If you purchase more than one item and the shipping cost is less than what you
paid, the difference will be refunded through Pay Pal after all items are shipped. (Unfortunately, most of my wares simply cannot be shipped together,
but I'll do my level best to save you money.)
- Orders usually ship on Mondays and Thursdays. If you need something in a hurry or sent overnight, I'd be happy to accommodate your request and
will let you know the additional shipping charge.
- If a package is very late or the item is received damaged, please inform me a.s.a.p. so that I have a chance to resolve the problem. I'll do my best to
be fair and make things right, if at all possible.

Refunds and Exchanges -
- Yes, provided it's within 30 days of original purchase and the item is in the same condition as was originally sent. You (the buyer) are responsible for
return postage in addition to a 10% restocking fee. (Of course, if we're in error, we'll incur all return shipping charges.) Please get in contact prior to
your return advising me of the problem in order to give an opportunity to correct it.

Additionally -
- We offer a variety of different planter models, but be mindful that each will be unique even when compared to others of the same model (slight
differences in dimensions, grain patterns, color). For example, two "Tom's Deep Dish" models' colors might differ simply due to the raw lumber stock
available when assembled. Please also note that due to the unique nature of these products (wood), small nicks, discolorations and/or imperfections
are rare but do occur. On the whole, I'm very careful when creating each and my aesthetic and building standards are so high that and I'm sure you'll
be satisfied with your purchase.
